RSVP: Admission is Free.

Please make sure that you are able to turn up for the event after you have been confirmed a place.

WITHDRAWAL & NO-SHOW POLICY:

Notice of withdrawal must be given in writing to HLC (email: hlc@mohh.com.sg) at least 3 working days prior to the lecture date, i.e. 27 Jan 2019 for the Distinguished Speaker Series(DSS). Kindly note that late withdrawals will not be entertained.

For participants who did not check-in during registration, and did not notify HLC of their withdrawal prior to the lecture, they will be considered as no-show.

HOW TO REGISTER?
(1) Find the ticket type according to your Agency / Cluster / Ministry / Statutory board;
(2) Choose Quantity (1 ticket per registration);
(3) Click REGISTER.

Should your actual organization not match the Agency / Cluster / Ministry / Statutory board selected, your ticket will be invalidated subsequently.

CAN I BE ON THE WAIT LIST?
Yes, you can opt to be on the wait list should your ticket type is "sold out". You will receive an email alert if a slot is available. To be on the wait list, please email your (i) name, (ii) designation, (iii) division/department (iv) organisation name and (v) profession (please indicate if you belong to the category of Administrator, Allied Health Profession, Doctor, Nurse or Pharmacist) to: hlc@mohh.com.sg.
